To celebrate The Glorious Goodwood Festival we have teamed up with Tanqueray Gin to create this deliciously refreshing cocktail.


  • 35ml Tanqueray London Dry
  • 75ml Cawston Press Apple & Rhubarb juice
  • 15ml elderflower cordial
  • 15ml fresh lemon
  • Ice cubes


  1. Shake all the above and pour over ice into a 12oz highball glass (or similar)
  2. Top up with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a stick of rhubarb
